Got dreamweaver and developed my 1st site. The site is for out new business "Sun Cleaning." The site is www.suncleaninginc.com if you want to go take a look.
I recieved my dissertation back and did not have vaborable marks. The main issue is my grammar and sentance structure. I am sure if you read back a ways you can see that this is a issue for me. I have picked up a bunch of grammar books and I am going to be a grammer expert within the next 6 months.
I am starting with Elements of Style by William Strunk and E.B. White. This is the book I have seen that most people say I need to write.
The next few are:
Write Tight by William Brohaugh
How Not to Write by Denman
After I finish those 3 I will be moving into 4 more and by that time my "prose" should be better!
The business is going well, my writing is getting better, and I am improving daily.

Dreamweaver and closing on the business this week!
Started learning Dreamweaver 8 and FIreworks 8. Have a lot to learn, but need to learn a little everyday.
This Wed we close on Sun Cleaning, it should give my wife and I enough revenue to create some freedom soon. It also should give me the abitliy to get out there and grow the Alive Foundation Inc.

Going through 2nd major edit
I am working through the second edit of "Get out of Neutral". Thanks to my friends and cousin, Mike Rizner, Kevin Sharkey, and Chris Schiendler providing me with some critiques.
I will have this done over the next few weeks and will do one more major re-write.
The business that my wife is purchasing is going good just have to get the last of the financing. Some stress there, but I have to live as my book discusses and believe in Divine Intelligence.
Tons of fun in life right now, I just need to focus on the positive, and keep it going. It is all coming together so nicely.
Keep it moving.....

FSA Meeting Yesterday
Well getting back to normal, I have not posted in a while....I finally finished my dissertation I am done!! Whoo Hooo on to the next project!
Yesterday I had the honor of seeing Roger Reece speak and get some training. He is a speaker out of Atlanta and he went over pay per click and search engines optimization. My next step is to learn Dreamweaver and update my site.
I am also working on content for speaking... Coaching... Etc... The key is the two books I am working on...
I should have the Ph D within the month...
WOW, we are also doing the due diligence on the cleaning business and it is looking pretty good. The Raiders play Denver today so I am going top do a hour meditation and then watch the game so I will fill you in after!
As always keep the faith, everything is as is supposed to be.... Remember who you are and keep the faith... Choose peace it is all there is....

8 days going on 9 with NO POWER!!!!
I am not FPL's biggest fan right now!
Some goings on in life... We put the offer in on the cleaning business...140K and they took it so we are know in the due diligence faze and if we are good I need to come up with another 120K by Dec 1st.
It looks and feels like the right opportunity! On the Ph.d front I am almost finished!!! Couple more days and I will be done! Whoo hoo and then back to polishing up the 1st book.
We still have a few trees down and Saturday I am going to start cleaning them up. But life is great tons of challenges and a lot of stress, but I feel we are heading in the right direction. Just have to keep the faith and help teach others happiness.

Oh Wilma!!! Ughh Here we go again
I am sitting in my prison of a house all shuttered up and waiting, they are saying the storm should be here by tomorrow morning and from the looks of it it looks af if it will come right over us here in Plantation...It is a Category 3 and not slowing down...UGGH
Well not much we can do but sit and wait.
Finished half of my dissertation, during the day tomorrow I will be working on more of it, somehow I picked up the flu so I am fighting thru that.
Pretty interesting happening as we are putting in an offer on a cleaning business, I think we will get it I just have to come up with the money should be a good investment for us, I will keep you informed on that.
Still on task, just need a few more weeks andI will be done with my Ph.D got all my grades back and only on B all the rest A's whoo hoo

Slowly but surely movng forward
Working on the dissertation, but it is going slower then I thought. I need to pick up the pace, but also enjoy he process.
I have had a couple set backs and I have been traveling some for work which has caused me to slow down a little. This week is a reduction to 500 words a night.
Life though is pretty good Pilar and myself are looking for business's to buy, while I continue on the Ph.d. I need to finish that up and get the book out a lot of people are waiting. Everyday though is more of a challenge and a learning experience.

Dissertation game plan
Metaphysics and Business
There is a need to show the business world that those aligning and following core metaphysical values and missions, with individual’s core values and missions will lead to significant increases in profitability for stake holders in many ways.
By aligning and following these values and missions a business will in turn start to create synergy among its human resources and then gain momentum. This all ties into the “flow” creating a living organism that creates incredible profitability and growth, while grounded in values that allow for that growth, and as a by-product creates job satisfaction.
This job satisfaction, leads to less turnover, reduced costs, more efficiency, less waste, and a truly successful business. This is the secret we need to share not only with business but also with society. It will lead to a better economy, environment, and societies overall quality of life.
This is my task to find out what information is out there and put it together to help show as my mission states, “one person can change the world one person at a time.” Or in this case one person can change the world one business at a time. This is the objective.

New Technology
Wow...
Bought a new Sony T350 Vaio computer and this baby is great only 10 inch screeb and weighs less then 3lbs... Still getting used to all the functions and the size of this thing. But I am sure getting organized.
2 more classes and my dissertation and my Ph.D is finished! Just have to keep plugging away. I also bought Act 2006 to organize my contacts and my schedule.
I am just pumped... The books will be out soon...I will keep you posted..

Intuition and other
Finishing up another class and learning so much...I am studying intuition currently while watching the Miami FSU game...GO Canes....Well they are losing at halftime.
A lot has been going on I am working on finding a ultra compact laptop, so I can get even more orgavized and post more updates. etc... I am leaning towards the Sony, but I still need to do some more research. Pilar has a friend in Colombia who is a graphic designer and she is helping with the logo for the Alive Foundation Inc.
Things are moving slow but sure, by Nov done with the Ph.D then the 2 books keynotes etc.
Everyday a little more, just need to stay focused on life, financial freedom, and the Alive Foundation.

In San Diego
I have not posted in a while, been working hard and studying! 4 more classes and the dissertation...
Just got into San Diego last night. The weather is amazing here it is about 75 degrees and beautiful. I am here for the ACPC Air Carriers Purchasing Conference. Today we have a Golf scramble and then tomorrow starts the trade show. Should be a good time.
I am studying death and dying right now, and then moving into healing.
A lot has been happening last Sat I went to a FSA Florida Speakers Association meeting and was able to meet Max Dixon. What a guy, he really helped me a lot and I look forward to getting with him again. Max is a teacher of body language and works with speakers.
I have not had the opportunity to write much, but finishing off the Ph.D is the most important trajectory to do right now. I am working on refinance the house to give myself some financial flexibility and also stay on plan with the Alive Foundation Inc.
Overall finding peace and happiness, it is all coming together I just have to keep working and pushing a little and at the same time relax and find the peace that I need to find. I am looking forward to breaking away and helping as many people as I can..

Hear we are another weekend over, whew. Almost done with another class on Biblical studies, learning a lot . I will get into more details in my books, but learning some great things.
Tomorrow back to work and the continuing of study. This Friday and Saturday I have two meetings with the Florida Speakers Association. Getting there day by day.
Keep the faith and keep the peace.

Dissertation topic FOUND!!
Going to be working on a paper which involves Metaphysics and Business.
This will allow me to take the Alive Foundation Inc. in 2 directions. The first one will be individual development and growth and the second area is business. This will allow the business of the Alive Foundation to grow and develop and help in 2 fronts.
As I do the research for Metaphysics and business, I will turn this into the second book. Thus, with Get out of Nuetral and Metaphysics and Business, I will have two foundations to build on. I will continue my updates here on the progress. I have 2 papers to write this weekend one on religious plurity and the other on prosperity. I then have only 5 more classes and my dissertation to go. So the trajectory of December is on track.
I also am working on learning dreamweaver so that I can handle my own web issues, also learning visual communicator 2 which will allow myself to do web broadcasts. This and still moving forward with Spanish also. Put all that and with the finishing of the 2 books and the business plan I should have a solid foundation going into 2006.
As always, many blessings to you....It is a great life.... and it just keeps getting better!!!

The Keys to getting to the platform
This morning on the drive to work I started working on a 2 minute commercial on myself and I have come up with this basic idea:
I am building upon some great masters in personal development going from positive thought, to NAC and NLP, to higher consciousness, and the ability to manifest the life experience you desire. I am doing this through two projects one on a personal level and the other with the organism we call "business".
Through these two platforms I intend to build my own business that helps business and individuals evolve to the next level. Thus, helping make a positive change in the world.
Still a work in progress, but I will get there...

The FUTURE is now PSP Playstation Portable
I went out and bought the playstation portable yesterday. What a machine this thing is, not only can I put my music on it, but also, play games and watch movies. It is truly a multimedia on the go machine. It is going to be great for those long trips to the west coast.
But what is amazing is the capabilites for this maching in communication and business. You literally have a HD computer that fits in your hand for communication. It is amazing. I will update you more as I learn more, but this machine is going to play a role in my future that is for sure.
Going to the everglades today, I will try to post some pictures!!!

Finished another class!!
Well I finished another class and finished two more books Dr. Dyers Manifest your Destiny and Ponders Dynamic Laws of Prosperity. There was so much to take from both these books such as patience, detachment, trust.
It is hard for me the hard charging goal setter, typical "type A" person to be patient and allow things to come. But I am learning and practicing. Meditation is a key and is moving forward so fast as a teacher and a coach.
It is amazing how fast things happen when you trust the Divine Intelligence to flow and let it do it thing and move out of the ego world. Life can be so great, I am pushing as I have read 17 books already this year among all my studies and meditations, and still working 60 hours per week. I know I can do this in trust that the Divine Intelligence is moving me forward.
It is also amazing how stress melts away as you know Divine intelligence is moving me to my destiny and to daily peace. I am truly going through a transformation. I just want to pass this energy and joy on to others!!!
I start tonight with Christian Theology and Biblical Studies, I have intense study in this area for the next 30-45 days. I also have to see who is going to be the next singer INXS...I know reality TV, but my wife got me hooked..yea right...many blessing to you!!!!

Moving forward
Just a quick update, as I continue my education I have started a "prosperity wheel of fortune." This is where you build a dream board and put pictures in each area of your life. Social, Educational, Business, Spiritual, and a center section which is the area of divine intelligence.
Doing this for 7 days has given me the idea to sell the house. If we sell the house it will provide me the opportunity to pursue higher ideals and a vacation home in Bogota and Cartegna Colombia. It will also get me out of financial debt if we can get what we want for the house. The only issue is we lose the "dream" house in Florida which is OK, being the doors it will open. We can find something here for less money and still have a great quality of life that will just get better.
In the meantime I have the 3 revisions back on the book so I need to finish it up and rewrite. The Ph.D I have about 7 more classes and a dissertation, but it is going pretty well. My job running this aerospace company is going ok, dealing with ego thought, but hanging in there. Things have got much better the last couple weeks.
Pretty interesting, I am learning not to force, to relax and move forward. It will happen in due time... I wrote this the other day, " Remember: every situation you have or will be put in is a BLESSING to help you grow to your destiny. Do not get caught up in ego thought. I can choose peace instead of this."

Sunday of work
I had to go to Kinko's print my 2 tests to send tomorrow.
Going to work on some new software that I have purchased which is Visuual Communicator 2, and some reading. Then I am going to relax.

The day after, or should I say weekend.....
Getting back on track after a long 4th of July break from everything...
Now I am moving forward studing "prosperity" right now, finished my dream board and working with that on a daily basis. Working on the business plan and editing the book. 2 of my good freinds have given me back their 1st read so I have a lot to do.
Still paying the bills and giving 100% to my job, even though there have been some majot challenges and struggles. I am working on detachment and non-forcing of issues. I am also battling psychological time. Trying to force things. It will all happen in due time.
My wife has been in Colombia for 10 days and cannot wait until she gets back.Want to rededicate, quiet my mind and get back to my destiny. The picture above is from our last trip to Colombia.
Just wanted to report in, where I am editing the book, organizing the company, getting more active in the FSA (Florida Speakers Association) and finishing my Ph.D. It is alot.but I love it.
With all of this we are dealing with hurricane Denis down here. DRAMA.
Just remember we are creating the situations we are in daily with out thoughts.the challenge is to live the philosphy you profess. that is my challenge.

WOW!! Last day of June but I am now INCORPORATED!!!
Lots of exciting things happening. I have put my faith in the "flow" and big MO is taking over... Finally got the corporation papers back..... issued the shares and we are good to go... Time to introduce the:

Soon we will have the web site up and the business plan complete. I have to do 1 major project and write a 3 page paper for the Ph.D and I am still on target for a October to January graduation!!!

B-Day over moving forward
Still working hard, Sat night I just finished studing... Did get a chance to sneak away and watch the new Star Wars movie, which was pretty good I must say...
Just wanted to touch base, I have been getting some great input on the book. My web site is getting ready to be revamped, got some new software I am learning. Still on target for a 2006 launch. I also filed the paperwork for Alive Foundation Inc. just waiting for approval from the state...

Just wanted to touch base, I have been getting some great input on the book. My web site is getting ready to be revamped, got some new software I am learning. Still on target for a 2006 launch. I also filed the paperwork for Alive Foundation Inc. just waiting for approval from the state...

Working hard Tomorrow is B-Day!!
Working hard today with my "normal" job, I run a small aerospace company here in Miami. It is a great company and I enjoy it, but it does take up a ton of time...
That being said, sent in the Incorporation papers today so "The Alive Foundation Inc." is almost up and rolling! Everyday I inch closer. Tomorrow is the big 36 and it is going to be an AMAZING year... I am realing looking forward to getting the book out, finishing my Ph.D and launching my company....

Some new events
Hello again,
Working hard on my time frame of having the book complete and the Ph. D complete by Jan 2006.
I started a new class in personal transformation and will highlight a little in the blog as I go through. I have also been getting some studying done on uplinking files to my web site and some new technologies with video to help spread the word. That avenue tends to better for me as Metaphysical principles are sometimes hard with the spoken word.
Let me say a little on that, we need to understand that words really limit meanings. I mean think about it once you have a word or a label for something it is attached to what you perceive in the past. It is part of your core belief system so as such, it is hard to describe a "feeling" with a word. Think of the word love, what does that mean to you? It probably means something different to us all.
As you read my material, as we move forward, just remember words really limit meanings, and we are trying to address concepts here...

1st Audio Blog!!!!
Off we go!!!! Did the 1st "audio blog" down below, please listen to it as you will get a flavor for what we will be doing. Over the next 6 months I will describe some of my trails and tribulations as I finish my Ph.D and as I attempt to finish and publish my 1st book.
I will also be going over some Metaphysical principles along the way. It is going to be a fun ride. I hope you will take away some AH HA moments and have some revelations in your life as we visit some esoteric knowledge.

Starting the BLOG!!!!!
Well here I am, in my normal position wondering why the heck we are here..... AND
why some people are living a tremendous life experience and others are not??????
I am currently writing about that and at the same time finishing a Ph.D in Metaphysics...
I hope I will be able to shed some light on that and help people figure things out and find a small bit of happiness in their lives....
Well 1st post and off we go, I will update this on the trials of getting the book out and my progress in my Ph.D. I am also trying to embark on a speaking career and will detail that also.... Anyone need a speaker on Metaphysics....:)
